Customer satisfaction is our priority! To arrange a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods explaining that you want to cancel and your reason for cancellation.
You then have another 14 days to return the goods once this information has been passed on.
Once we have received the goods, we will confirm receipt via email and arrange a refund. within 14 days.
Faulty, Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you’ve received a wrong or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours at info@gymsupps.uk.
To help us process this quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item, the interior and outside the box, and the shipping label.
